For the 2022-2023 season, parents are allowed on deck and most families will need to complete 15 hours of volunteer time. Families with swimmers in our Learning groups will only need to complete 7 hours. We will be co-hosting a meet with QSS this year, and all families will be required to volunteer regardless of whether your swimmer(s) will participate in the swim meet.
Volunteer opportunities will appear in the Team Portal. You can also see how many volunteer points you owe for the season.
If you need to be reimbursed for expenses incurred while volunteering for a Riptide function, please use the Reimbursement Form.
The season runs from September 6, 2022 through July 30, 2023. If your swimmer decides to stop swimming for any reason, please kindly give the team 30 days notice by submitting the withdrawal form below. Your registration will be cancelled, and you will have to re-register should your swimmer want to rejoin the team.
If your swimmer just wants to stop swimming for a few months, you need to place your membership on hold. Your billings will be paused, but your spot will not be saved. If there is a waiting list for your group, there may not be a spot open when you are ready to return. We will do what we can to have you rejoin the team, but we cannot guarantee you a spot.
Registration for the 2022-2023 season has opened. We are excited to offer Active Swim Manager again this year for registration as well as automatic payment. You may use eChecks or credit cards to automatically pay your monthly dues, and you are required to pay online when you register your swimmer(s).
For new families who do not know what group to register their swimmers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your swimmer's name, age, and swim team history, if any. We will suggest a practice group, and you can give the group a try and see if it is a good fit for your swimmer.
